  • Can I duplicate my request?

    Yes and that might be really convenient! Imagine if you are making few different campaigns. You can start one project and then simply duplicate the same request for your new project. Duplicated request will be saved in your drafts. Use that draft for your new project. Make edits and start it as your new project once you are ready. This will help to save your time as you will not need to go all over again. Easy!
  • Can I delete my request?

    Of course. Go to your project queue and simply choose to delete it from the list. You can not delete ongoing project but even then you can let your designer know to stop working on it.
  • Can I save requests without submitting them?

    Sure just save them to your drafts and start it later on once you feel ready.
  • Can I edit my request?

    Yes, you can edit all your queue projects at anytime you wish. Once your project starts and goes live edits are not acceptable through your dashboard. Anyway you can always send your message through project chat and say that straight to designer.
  • What if my project is taking longer then expected?

    Some projects might take longer. For example to design a banner is not the same as to design a landing page. Your designer should inform you if it will take longer then usual. However, if your design is taking longer then expected and you can not find a solution directly with designer please contact customer support.
  • Do I own rights to designs?

    Yes, you own all rights and licenses to all designs we created for you. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, all materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.
  • What if I don't like quality of designs?

    Simply speak with your designer. If it doesn't work and you still don't get expected quality results contact our customer support. We've got plenty of designers and will get you a new one.
  • Can you design in other languages?

    Yes that's not a problem as long as you can communicate and give us clear instructions.
  • Can I push urgent project in front of my queue?

    Yes, it's easy. You can simply move your queued projects and rearrange your priority at anytime. If you start a new project and move it to the top, we start it first.
  • Can you do more work for me?

    You are expanding, that's great! If you feel that your workflow is getting bigger and you want us to do even more great projects, we suggest either to upgrade your plan to bigger or just take extra First Aids. Yes, that's right. Some of our clients simply buys more First Aid plans. For example let's say you've got 3 First Aid plans, that means you can get 3 times more work done in the same time!
  • How many variations of design will I get once I start my project?

    If you want multiple variations to choose just let the designer know it by specify that you want multiple versions of this design and your designer will deliver multiple drafts for you to review. Keep in mind that more variations means more time. Your designer always work in the way to save your valuable time so that you can start and finish more monthly projects. This work system allows our clients to get the most from us.
