Design work turnaround really depends on project and revisions. Usually we deliver first drafts in 24-48 hours. For more complex projects such as web landing pages, presentations, or multipage projects will require more time. If you start such a project designer will let you know the date more accurately.

It really depends from project. However, our practice shows that you can expect to receive 1-2 designs per day.

You will get as many revisions as you need. Just remember, revisions will be treated as a new request and may affect the delivery timelines of other pending/active requests. For the best results always try to give clear guidelines about your project vision. The better you describe what you want to achieve the better results will be and of course the least revisions you might need.

Let's take an example and say you submit 5 different design tasks. The designer takes the top task from the list, with the remaining 4 waiting in the queue until the first one is completed. Once a designer receives your approval, the next design task begins. It's a queue method. Simple, right? Remember, if you need more work, you can always opt for a larger service plan or increase the number of "active projects" at a time.

Of course. Go to your project queue and simply choose to delete it from the list. You can not delete ongoing project but even then you can let your designer know to stop working on it.

Sure just save them to your drafts and start it later on once you feel ready.

Yes, you can edit all your queue projects at anytime you wish. Once your project starts and goes live edits are not acceptable through your dashboard. Anyway you can always send your message through project chat and say that straight to designer.

Some projects might take longer. For example to design a banner is not the same as to design a landing page. Your designer should inform you if it will take longer then usual. However, if your design is taking longer then expected and you can not find a solution directly with designer please contact customer support.

Yes, it's easy. You can simply move your queued projects and rearrange your priority at anytime. If you start a new project and move it to the top, we start it first.

You are expanding, that's great! If you feel that your workflow is getting bigger and you want us to do even more great projects, we suggest either to upgrade your plan to bigger or just take extra First Aids. Yes, that's right. Some of our clients simply buys more First Aid plans. For example let's say you've got 3 First Aid plans, that means you can get 3 times more work done in the same time!

If you want multiple variations to choose just let the designer know it by specify that you want multiple versions of this design and your designer will deliver multiple drafts for you to review. Keep in mind that more variations means more time. Your designer always work in the way to save your valuable time so that you can start and finish more monthly projects. This work system allows our clients to get the most from us.

Sure. All rights of designs and licenses are yours even if you decide to cancel our services. Feel free to use them as much as you need. Also please keep in mind that you will not get rights to designs only if you cancel your plan in the first 14 days trial period and ask for refund.

As you know we offer 14 days money back guarantee policy. However, if you feel our services are not suitable and ask for refund that means our designs should not be suitable too. In other words if you ask for refund at your trial period you will lose all rights to the designs we've made on that period.

Remember your payments are always made a month in front. Once you make the payment it sets a 30 days clock for your subscription. When you cancel your plan you still have remaining days left for your current month. Use them! Your plan will be canceled after clock sets to 0 days. Once your clock sets to 0 you will not get our usual pre-forma and your plan will be canceled automatically.

Unfortunately we accept refunds only at the first 14 days of your first month. Furthermore our services are based on monthly subscription model so we can't make any discounts even if you are not in use for our services. You can simply cancel your plan and not extend it from the next upcoming month.

If you cancel your plan in the first 14 days of your first month your funds will be refunded back to you automatically. Sure. Just fill your accountants email next to your billing information. We will send pre-forma's and invoices to your accountant. We can also assure your accountant will not get any other information related to your account.

We will inform you prior ending by sending Pre-forma invoice. To avoid cancelation or your account freeze please make sure your payment goes through before deadline of expected payment. Once your payment goes through we will send you invoice. You can also download your invoices through your profiles dashboard.
