• Does this service contain any hidden fees?

  No!. Price plan is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. We don’t have any hidden fees.

• Do I need to sign a contract?

  No, you are enrolled on a month to month membership and can cancel your plan anytime. We don’t want you to feel locked to the contract.

• What is the usual turnaround time?

  Design work turnaround really depends on project and revisions. Usually we deliver first drafts in 24-48 hours. For more complex projects such as web landing pages, presentations, or multipage projects will require more time. If you start such a project designer will let you know the date more accurately.

• What if I don’t find value working with you?

  It would be really hard to believe that, as most of our customers love to work with us. The best is to sign up for our service and test us. Feel by yourself if we are valuable! If you decide our service doesn’t provide the value you’re expecting, you can get a full refund within the first 7 days.

• I run multiple businesses, can I get work done for more then one brand?

  Of course! As the matter of fact we built our platform in such way that you are able to create multiple brand folders and manage design projects for multiple businesses or brands. This feature is particularly good for agencies to manage multiple client accounts.

• Do I own rights to designs?

  Yes, you own all rights and licenses to all designs we created for you. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, all materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.
